“Whereupon, O king Agrippa, I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision”

 ~ Acts 26:19 KJV

The fact is you don't have to be a minister to be obedient to the heavenly vision. The fact is that as a Christian we are called to be lights in the world. On the road to Damascus Jesus came to Paul with blinding light and spoke the words found in Acts 19:18, "To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith in My Name" - Paul's mission ended with numerous churches established and 2/3 of the New Testament being written. To this day the writings of Paul inspire, educate, convict, bring to light God's love for man across the globe. So how does this fit into your life? My life? Easy, we are called to be ministers of light, each one of us who go by the Blessed name of Christian are to follow after the life of Jesus in our own. It is important that we , as children of light, bring light to others.

How?

By living life in a manner worthy of the calling bestowed upon us. Kindness to all mankind, love for the unloved, forgiving all men just as we have been forgiven, being unified with our Christian brothers and sisters through a bond of peace. If these things abound you in are growing, you will have little cause for stumbling. Your life of light will be a roadmap that points people to Christ. Thus fulfilling the Heavenly Calling. Peace be unto you brothers and sisters. Pastor George
